Dynamic channel decision-making of fresh agricultural product companies considering consumer convenience preferences

This paper studies the strategic channel decision-making of fresh agricultural product enterprises from perspective consumer convenience preferences. research is carried out under background upgrading domestic consumption and explosion stay-at-home economy in China recent years. In this paper, consumers are segmented firstly according to their different preference for time, namely, preference. Then, a decision model which considers sensitivity inconvenience cost proposed. Finally, optimal wholesale price delivery lead time supplier service level retailer obtained by using backward induction method. The results show that market conditions, can adopt three equilibrium strategies: NR (No Retailer), CP (Capture Profit) SP (Share Profit). With change cost, state supply chain will also change. Fresh companies choose strategies maximize revenue markets.
